Acceptance of these terms

By accessing in-y1.games you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site — that is the entire remedy, and no account or cancellation is involved because there is nothing to cancel.

These terms govern your use of this website only. They do not govern your use of the Y1 Game application, which is operated by a third party under its own separate terms. You enter into that agreement directly with the operator when you register an account, and we are not a party to it.

Eligibility and the 18+ requirement

This site publishes information about real-money gaming and is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18.

The legal position on online real-money gaming varies between Indian states, and in some jurisdictions certain formats are restricted or prohibited outright. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the law where you are. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and the presence of information about a game here is not a statement that playing it is lawful in your location.

If you are accessing this site from outside India, local law may differ substantially from what is described here. Again, that is yours to check.

Affiliate disclosure

in-y1.games is an independent affiliate portal. When somebody installs the Y1 Game application through a link on this site, we may receive a commission from the operator. This is our only source of revenue — we sell no advertising, take no sponsored placements in the catalogue, and there is nothing anyone can pay us to write.

It costs you nothing. The bonus you receive, the terms attached to it and the price of everything inside the app are identical whether you arrive through a link here or reach the operator directly. An affiliate link records that a referral occurred; it does not alter your offer.

It does not influence what we publish. Nobody at the operator reviews this site before it goes live. No title has been promoted, reordered or written about favourably in exchange for money, and the catalogue's default ordering is by the popularity score shown on each card.

We also think the conflict of interest is worth naming rather than burying: a site paid per install has a structural incentive to overstate the upside. Our response is to publish the mathematics on the same pages as the download button — the house edge, the wagering requirement, and the fact that expected losses exceed expected returns over time all appear on our highest-traffic pages, not only here.

We are not the operator

This is the most important clause on the page, so it is stated without qualification. in-y1.games:

• does not operate, own, host or develop the Y1 Game application or any game within it;
• does not hold, receive, transmit or control player funds of any kind;
• does not process deposits, withdrawals or any other transaction;
• has no access to player accounts, balances, transaction histories, bet records or identity documents;
• cannot open, close, suspend, restore or modify any account;
• cannot apply, alter, extend or reverse any bonus, promotion or reward;
• cannot influence, predict or interfere with the outcome of any game;
• cannot chase, expedite, release or reverse any payment.

Every question involving your account, your money or a specific game result must go to the operator's own support inside the app. Sending it to us delays you and achieves nothing, because there is no mechanism by which we could act on it.

No warranty and no guaranteed outcomes

This site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

In particular, every piece of game metadata published here — ratings, vote counts, player numbers, volatility bands, stake ranges, formats and the year a title appeared — is indicative information compiled for orientation. Bonus and promotion terms

Any bonus figure mentioned on this site — including the welcome package of up to ₹10,000 and the referral scheme of up to ₹28,000 — is a promotional ceiling published by the operator. Neither is an amount credited on signup, and neither is guaranteed to any individual.

Specifically, and this is the part that most often surprises people:

• These are combined maximums. ₹10,000 is the total possible value across a first-deposit match plus recurring daily and weekly promotions, not a single credit. ₹28,000 is a cumulative ceiling across many successful referrals, not a per-invite payment.
• Every component carries a wagering requirement. That is a multiple of the bonus amount which must be staked before any of it converts into withdrawable cash. Until then it is bonus funds, not money.
• Contribution rates vary by game. Some titles contribute less than 100% towards a wagering requirement, and some may be excluded entirely.
• Offers expire and change. Promotions rotate, and terms can be revised by the operator at any time.
• Accepting is what binds you. The conditions attach at the moment you claim an offer. You are entitled to decline any bonus and play with your own balance instead.

The authoritative terms for any promotion are those shown on its own offer card inside the Y1 Game app. Where anything on this site differs from what the app displays, the app is correct and this site is out of date. We are not responsible for the terms, the availability or the withdrawal of any promotion, none of which we control.

Our own view, stated on several pages of this site: a bonus is a reason to try an app, never a reason to deposit more than you planned. If a wagering requirement only clears by staking more than you are comfortable with, decline it.

Acceptable use

When using in-y1.games, you agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 18, or where doing so would breach local law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
• scrape, copy, mirror or republish the catalogue or its editorial content without written permission;
• use automated tools in a manner that degrades the site for other visitors;
• submit false, abusive, threatening or deliberately misleading information through the contact form;
• send credentials, one-time passwords, payment details or identity documents through the contact form;
• misrepresent this site as the operator, or as being endorsed by or affiliated with the operator beyond the commercial relationship disclosed in section 3.

We may restrict access where any of the above occurs, though in practice this is a static site with no accounts, so the realistic remedy is technical rather than contractual.

Responsible gaming

Third-party links

This site links to a small number of external destinations: the operator's APK download, two Telegram channels and several helpline organisations. Once you follow any of them you are on a service we neither control nor monitor, and these terms stop applying.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of any external site, nor for anything that happens once you leave in-y1.games. Each of those destinations has its own terms and privacy policy, and reading them is worthwhile.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in-y1.games and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• your use of, or inability to use, this website;

• any gambling loss you incur, on any game, in any application, at any time;
• any act, omission, delay, error, suspension or closure by the operator of the Y1 Game app;
• any deposit, withdrawal, bonus, verification or account issue whatsoever;
• any content, conduct or outcome on a third-party site or channel we link to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To be direct about the substance: if you lose money gambling, that loss is yours. We publish information about games; we do not run them, we take no share of any stake, and we have never suggested that any outcome is likely or guaranteed. If you have been led to believe otherwise by something on this site, tell us and we will fix the wording, because that would be a failure on our part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them, or to your use of this site, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Where a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site changes or as the law requires. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period.

Continuing to use in-y1.games after a revision means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
